Missouri Civil War Reenactors Association
The Missouri Civil War Reenactors Association (MCWRA) strives to keep alive the history and legacy of the Civil War through its dedicated activities. Established in 1981, MCWRA is a non-profit organization that provides reenactments which are conducted annually around the state at various Civil War battle sites and other locations. The MCWRA also puts on various informational presentations about important battles, giving participants and attendees alike an invaluable opportunity to engage with this incredible period in American history. With its commitment to preserving history, the MCWRA works diligently to show past struggles so future generations can learn from them and make more informed decisions.
