The museum offers a variety of exhibits and activities dedicated to the history of amphibious forces that served during World War II. Through interactive displays and hands-on activities, visitors can learn about topics such as naval strategy, amphibious warfare tactics and technology, sea vessels used by allied forces, as well as famous battles from the war.
In addition to its educational exhibits, this museum also hosts various events throughout the year including lectures given by esteemed historians. The museum is located within the Vigor Shipyard on Swan Island. While the museum is open Saturdays, it is advisable to contact the museum prior to visiting. You will need an appointment to visit any other days.
