Revolutionary Germantown Festival

The Revolutionary Germantown Festival returns Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 10am to 4pm, rain or shine! Cliveden and the sites of Historic Germantown are collaborating to present the diverse stories of the American Revolution and its effect on Germantown’s residents in 1777. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about local historic sites, interact with re-enactors and the Museum of the American Revolution, who are displaying and interpreting – for the first time in Germantown - a replica of the tent that served as George Washington’s mobile headquarters throughout much of the Revolutionary War. The festival is free and open to visitors of all ages.
